Promotional Offers & Discounts: Promotional offers include promotional discounts for a period of years that are applied to the standard rate. Standard rates change from time to time and can be found by checking our standard rates. When promotional discounts no longer apply, or if any service in a promotional package is canceled, each continuing service will be billed at standard rates and charges in effect at that time and are subject to all applicable periodic increases or additions.
Autopay & Paperless Billing Credit: A monthly billing credit of $10 for 24 mos. will apply if enrolled in both autopay and paperless billing and enrollment is not canceled during the 24 mos.
Prime Internet 1 GIG Unlimited Package: Includes 1 GIG Internet and WiFi360pro. Advertised monthly price includes a $80/mo. promotional discount and the autopay and paperless billing credit for 24 mos. If you choose to keep the package, monthly promotional discounts of $60 and $30 will apply to the then-current standard rate in years 2 and 3, respectively. The advertised monthly price is $10 more if you do not enroll in autopay and paperless billing and does not include the following charges (which may increase from time to time): one-time standard installation fee ($35, more if special work needed); a one-time $10 activation fee; other one-time fees that may apply because of options you select; monthly modem rental fee, currently $14.00; taxes and other amounts required by law; or fees for optional services or equipment.
Internet Service Terms - Downstream Monthly Usage Allowances and Additional Usage Fees: Internet plans that include a Downstream Monthly Usage Allowance are subject to an Additional Usage Fee of $10 per 50GB used if downstream usage exceeds the applicable usage allowance. Currently, the following Downstream Monthly Usage Allowances are in effect: Internet 100 (350 GB). Potential Reduced Speeds for Downstream Usage: Internet plans with no applicable Downstream Monthly Usage Allowance (currently, C2C and C2C+) are subject to a downstream bandwidth usage threshold of 17 TB whereby exceeding the threshold may result in download speed being reduced no more than 50% for the remainder of the billing month. This does not apply to “Unlimited” internet plans.
Potential Reduced Speeds for Upstream Usage: All wired Internet service plans are subject to an upstream bandwidth usage threshold of 1 TB whereby exceeding the threshold may result in upload speed being reduced no more than 50% for the remainder of the billing month. WiFi360Pro: Includes 1 eero Wi-Fi unit and eero secure service. Number of eero devices needed for optimal results depends on residence size, number of connected computers/devices, overall network usage and other factors. If needed, additional eero devices may be rented (currently, at $6/month each). Use of eero products and services requires the eero app and a smartphone or other mobile device. eero is independent of Mediacom and requires you to create an account with eero through its app, provide eero certain information (such as your name, email address and phone number) and agree to its separate service terms.
