Mediacom Founder and CEO Funds New Sports Complex at Bronx High School
New York, NY – September 27, 2019 – Mount Saint Michael Academy unveiled the new Rocco B. Commisso Field at the Phyllis & Angelo Mozilo Sports Complex this week in the Bronx, NY. This new facility was made possible by the generous support of Mediacom Communications founder & CEO, Rocco B. Commisso. Commisso, a ‘67 graduate of Mount Saint Michael Academy in New York, attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the new sports complex and field which honors Mount Saint Michael Academy’s longstanding tradition in sports achievement. The sports facility now includes the new Commisso Field, in addition to the resurfaced FMS track and stadium. Commisso also continues to sponsor annual educational scholarships for the academy.
