If you are not 100% satisfied with any Mediacom service during the first 30 days, we will provide a full refund of your monthly service fee. |

Mediacom will arrive at your home for an installation appointment within the scheduled period or your installation is free. If we do not arrive for a service appointment within the scheduled period, you will receive a $20 credit. |
